
It seemed only fitting that the first post should be dedicated to introducing myself and to giving you a general idea of what you should expect from the Fiscally Fit Foodie blog. Other posts will contain more visually appealing content (LOTS of pictures and videos), but that is downplayed in this first post that outlines the essence of what I'm trying to achieve with this website. Without further ado, I present to you the Fiscally Fit Foodie blog!
Why should you read the blog and what substance does it offer? It will offer an abundance of healthy recipes, cooking techniques, exercises, health and food tips/tricks, suggestions on how to improve your overall health, and information that will raise awareness of potential lifestyle changes that can be made for better quality of life. This will all be done with the mindset that healthy living doesn’t have to be exorbitantly expensive. In short, I plan on this blog regularly touching on all the aspects of a healthy lifestyle – whether that be financial, fitness, food, or fun-related (oh yes, I assure you there shall be fun). This is the first post and I’m trying to control it, but the sense of humor cannot be contained forever.
