An Introduction to Fiscally Fit Foodie

Hello, everyone, and welcome to what is hopefully the first of many blog posts on this site!

It seemed only fitting that the first post should be dedicated to introducing myself and to giving you a general idea of what you should expect from the Fiscally Fit Foodie blog. Other posts will contain more visually appealing content (LOTS of pictures and videos), but that is downplayed in this first post that outlines the essence of what I'm trying to achieve with this website. Without further ado, I present to you the Fiscally Fit Foodie blog!

So why did I choose the name “Fiscally Fit Foodie” and who am I? Well, my name is James, and I’m a financial advisor by trade. That being said, my two primary passions are staying in shape and eating/cooking exceptional food. Currently I’m in the process of obtaining a culinary certification and am already a certified personal trainer. “Fiscally Fit Foodie” is a name that perfectly encompasses these passions and my personality. It also alludes to the knowledge that will be shared with all of you guys and gals throughout the course of what I hope is a long and eventful blogging journey.

Why should you read the blog and what substance does it offer? It will offer an abundance of healthy recipes, cooking techniques, exercises, health and food tips/tricks, suggestions on how to improve your overall health, and information that will raise awareness of potential lifestyle changes that can be made for better quality of life. This will all be done with the mindset that healthy living doesn’t have to be exorbitantly expensive. In short, I plan on this blog regularly touching on all the aspects of a healthy lifestyle – whether that be financial, fitness, food, or fun-related (oh yes, I assure you there shall be fun). This is the first post and I’m trying to control it, but the sense of humor cannot be contained forever.

You’re probably wondering where the pretty pictures and awesome videos are, huh? Don’t you worry, they are on the way! In addition to providing an abundance of useful health-related information for you to read within the blog, you can also follow us on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube for content that you will not find on this blog page. If you want to receive email notifications when new content is posted (videos/blog posts/etc), please go to the Home page and subscribe.  

If you ever have questions about anything, please feel free to email me or simply comment on the post. I’m looking forward to providing a lot of worthwhile content and interacting with all of you as we live a Fiscally Fit Foodie lifestyle together!

You can also lose your body and fat and fit yourself by hiring a personal trainer. Your local communities may have a category in fitness training. sometimes these can variety from a day long course to one that continues a few several weeks.
